If the complaint cannot be resolved by telephone, arrangements will be made to meet with you and any person you may want to bring for support. What you do is as follows:

We will politely listen, advise and offer a solution. If you don’t agree with the solution, we will schedule a meeting or a hearing to formally resolve your complaint.
